Our Team
Jerry is our President and CEO and Senior Network Engineer. Ok, chief cook and bottle washer. Sounded good anyway! The main geek, 1 of 3. He has been with The Computer Doctors from the very beginning, having started the business in April 1991. He is gifted as an analyst, consultant, developer, troubleshooter, and designer. He delights in helping his customers establish best-practices to make their businesses run smoothly.
Jerry ``Mountain Man`` Ray
Jessica is the “brains” of our organization. Geek 2 of 4. She manages our shop and handles the day-to-day operations, succeeding our unforgettable grump Larry. She is awesome! She also is our main system builder and a great troubleshooter and service technician. She is very dedicated and a great asset to The Computer Doctors and to everyone she encounters.

Austin is a talented network engineer attending his third year at UNF. He is a gifted engineer with a focus on attention to detail. We are honored that he is working with us at such high level and motivation!

Logan is our newest addition, and handles customer service. He is our very own Jessica’s son, and we are proud to have him considering IT for a future and to have him on our team.

Larry’s wife. Ok, we don’t exactly know what she does, but the place doesn’t run without her. All we know for sure is that she helps to keep Larry in line and we get to charge stuff on her credit cards.
Donna Squire
Someone has to be the catch all final say-so for everything else around here. Tina is Jerry’s wife so if there are any non-management or non-financial kinds of shots to be called, she gets to do it. Just kidding, dear!!! Actually, the truth is that she really gets to call ALL the shots, I mean, after all, behind every good and successful man is a great woman rolling her eyes.

Lauren is a fun loving techie that makes work at The Computer Doctors an experience like no other! She is a gadget freakazoid, a customer-service focused specialist, and someone with more energy than all of us combined, at least on the weekends.

Brian is a guru with Voice over IP, ethernet and fiber cabling, network design and engineering, and network management. We partner with his company CSI Networx so much, we consider him part of our team and our family.
Brian Packo
Lori heads up our marketing and social media outreaches. She handles our marketing–making sure that people get to find out how great The Computer Doctors is. If you see an ad in a magazine, hear one on the radio, or read our posts in Facebook or Instagram, she’s the one to blame. Oops, credit. She also does most of the graphic designs. We are very blessed to have Lorri on our team.
Lori Winner
Larry is in heaven today and we miss him deeply. He’s the “Grump”. He’s the one that really made our customers feel at home. (Yeah, Archie Bunker’s home.) He was a nice grump though, and everyone loved his antics. His “Two Geeks and a Grump” slogan, his hilarious “Dr. Minsche” radio ad, and the banter he would have with the seniors when they come into the shop was priceless. He was also Jerry’s partner and was a part of The Computer Doctors since almost when we started.
